Challenge: The site had become dated looking, a full refresh was needed. 

Solution: Prior to employing a refresh the recommendation was made to institute ForeSee Results on the site to get a baseline for what some of the key pain points were. A card sort was also recommended to help determine a new navigation structure. Two designs were created and a remote usability test was completed to validate the site design and new navigational structure.
